Marco Grabowski

I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Collaborative Robotics Group at Bielefeld University in Germany.
My research focuses on making in-line machine transport systems in industry more efficient. Currently, I am workin on the XTS and XPlanar from Beckhoff Automation. I use Machine Learning and Reinforcement Learning methods, which are also applicable to other transport systems. My goal is to develop a model that can optimize itself during use in an industrial application while guaranteeing that it fulfils all safety constraints, making it safe for the use in indutrial conditions.
To achieve this, the model must be efficiently trainable with sparse data, while also being executable in real time.
More information will be available soon.
